There are many Whole 30 compliant meals. These are some of the recent ones that I have enjoyed. The meal in bold was my favorite. The meal in italics was the lowest in calories.

After cooking and shredding the carnitas, crisp them in the broiler to get the perfect texture.
A salad of arugula, carrot straws, blanched broccolini, two 7-minute soft-boiled eggs, and fresh cracked pepper.
Don't boil your eggs, steam them. You'll get more consistent results. Also be sure to dunk them in ice water for a minute after you cook them. It'll make it easier to remove the shell.
